This blog is an independent publication by Robert Handrow aka DJ Booga, founder of Leipzig drum and bass related blogs breaks.org from 2000 to 2003, It's Yours from 2003 to 2013 and the hybrid bass music label Defrostatica since 2015. In 2023 I founded the music publishing service Edition Aiax.
In my posts I try to delve into the intersection of music + technology, music + culture, exploring their interconnected dynamics and the implications for djs, artists, producers, journalists, and not just limited to label owners and publishers.
